The Year of Gracie: Come on in, the water is great

Who would of thought that I love the water!? Today was my lucky day, I got to go swimming!! I started showing some interest in going swimming when I started swimming in the water bowl, so my mommy bought me my very own swimming pool. I wasn't too sure about it at first, but once I got in I LOVED it! I love to run through it and then all over the patio! Sure does make a mess though :) Finally, Em took me into the big pool! It was a little chilly for what I wanted, but I did a really good job! Of course, I was calm and loved being held! Later, Nick and Em took me in and they had me swimming to each of them. I was pretty good for only being 13 weeks old! But boy did that tire me out! I'm lucky Em is a good typer for me, since I am snoozing on the couch next to her! A new addition to the back yard for me is a little pen. My daddy, Nick, made a little fenced in area for me so that at night when I go out, they don't have to chase me through out the yard! Can you say party poopers????? Since Nick was working on his barn today, I had to be kept in my little pen area so that I wouldn't run away through the garage door. No worries though, I kept myself entertained with running through the hosta plants and eating dirt....except, I always get yelled at for eating the dirt :( I have a new nickname for when I run through the hosta's though.....Gracie-a-saurus, watch the video and you'll see how I look like a scene from Jurassic Park.
